Why to use intelligent end-to-end recycling ?

What are the current possibilities?

The Carbon Cleanup Unit One is our first micro factory, a mobile composite material recycling device. It is fully certified according to TüV Süd, CE product safety and the Austrian national law §52 AWG 2002 as mobile waste treatment device for carbon and glass fiber composite materials

Currently the device is running exclusively for our frontrunner customers in Austria and Germany.

What´s in the pipeline?

Our upcoming second-generation recycling systems, Carbon Cleanup Unit #2 and Unit #3, mark a significant milestone as our initial serial production machines, set to be operational by mid-2024.

These units are undergoing rigorous certification processes, including compliance with TüV and CE product safety standards, as well as adherence to national waste management regulations such as §52 AWG 2002.

Designed as mobile waste treatment devices, they are tailored for the effective processing of carbon and glass fiber composite materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and compliant waste management practices.

What about wind blade recycling?

Carbon Cleanup is currently devoting its efforts to the development of BLADE EATER, our innovative wind blade recycling system. This groundbreaking initiative represents a pivotal advancement in our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Anticipated for launch as early as 2025, BLADE EATER promises to redefine the way wind rotor blades are recycled, addressing a critical need in the renewable energy sector.

At Carbon Cleanup, our expertise lies in crafting state-of-the-art composite recycling systems that are poised to transform the renewable energy landscape. Through meticulous research and development, we are dedicated to pioneering solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards for sustainability and efficiency.

With BLADE EATER, we aim to establish a new benchmark for wind blade recycling technology, ushering in a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.

How does the collection and recycling of your composite waste work?

The process is carried out with the mobile recycling Unit, wherein your waste materials are processed on site. We transform them into high performance materials and enable a second life for these valuable composite materials in new products.
